How to calculate your overall grade if a percentage of the overall grade is blank?

for example:

60% Tests - (%)

30% Quizzes - (%)

5% HW - (%)

5% Practice - THIS PERCENTAGE OF THE GRADE IS BASICALLY BLANK B/C THERE HAS BEEN NO ASSIGNMENTS (SO NO POINTS RECEIVED %26amp; NO POINTS MAX)

SO HOW DO I CALCULATE MY GRADE IF A PERCENTAGE OF THE OVERALL GRADE IS BLANK????

THANK YOU!How to calculate your overall grade if a percentage of the overall grade is blank?

you multiply the percentage you got in each category by how much the grade is worth.

if you got 20 % in tests then multiply 20 by 0.60

You could set the equation up like this:

(.25) 62 + (.25) 72 + (.5) X = 50

the numbers in brackets are the percent that mark counts for out of your total grade and the numbers not in brackets are your grade

do the same for all your grades. you can either leave the practice as 0 % which will give you the minimum or leave it as 100% to give you the maximum.

hope this wasnt too confusing and that it helped!
