How Do You Calculate Body Fat Percentage?

What is the formula to calculate this? I used one from Wikipedia and got 30%, but I don't think that's right...(I have some extra fat, but I'm nowhere near overweight, so...)How Do You Calculate Body Fat Percentage?
There is no such calculator that will accurate give you a body fat reading. 30% body fat would not be overweight, it's at the upper end of the acceptable range for females. There are a lot of misconceptions about how much fat is healthy and what different fat levels actually look like. The average untrained women of 'normal' weight will likely have a body fat percentage in the region of 25-31%.How Do You Calculate Body Fat Percentage?
It's not going to be exact unless you use some pricey equipment, for now you can do a good estimate. If you can pinch an inch off your lovehandles, and you have a gut and no ab definition, then you have more than 10%. If you have stretchmarks, your leaning toward 15%. After this, the more you weigh, and you don't have muscle to show for it, then the % will just get higher. Also I doubt you have 30% body fat, that is too much. 30% is usually for obese people. If you have a bit more fat than you would like, I would say maybe 20%, give or take a few.How Do You Calculate Body Fat Percentage?
It's impossible to get decent accuracy w/o underwater weighing.
