how do I calculate the percentage of calories coming from them? How do I calculate percentage of calories coming from total fat, saturated fat, and polyunsaturated fat?
Fat contains 9 calories per gram. So you multiply your gram totals by 9 and then divide it by your total caloric intake. I will do your total fat for you:

48.13 * 9 = 433.17/1568 = 28%
