How do you calculate the percentage of proteins, carbs and fats in a recipe?

I need recipes with about 300 calories and about 40% protein, 40% Carb, 20% fat and I am looking for a formula to help me calculate this in creating my own recipes.How do you calculate the percentage of proteins, carbs and fats in a recipe?
