What is a formula to calculate the attendance percentage in MS Excel?

I have three columns (meetings attended, made up, and missed). I need to calculate the total percentage for each person.



Also, is there a way to put the formula into the entire "Total Percentage" column without retyping it into each box?

I have no idea what you mean by "made up".



If "meetings attended" is in B2 and "missed" is in C2, in D2 put

=B2/(B2+C2)



Drag this formula down col D. Now right-click on the column letter D, Format cells, select "Percentage".



At the bottom of col D put

=SUM(D1:D20)
