Ok - so I know that when I get the answers, I'll slap my head and go "duh!" - but seriously, can't figure this out!
What is 'X' (this was a table in my word doc - but this won't let me put in a table, so I'm hoping everything lines up).
Source Amount Percentage
Your contribution (If any) 15,000.00 X
Grant 50,000.00 X
Loans 0 0
Total 65,000 100
Use of funds:
Category Amount Percentage
Sales %26amp; Marketing 40,000 X
Capital Expenditures
G %26amp; A Expenses 25,000 X
Other
Total
Thanks in advance!Calculate percentage?
The 65,000 is 100%. Therefore, 15,000 divided by 65,000 means that the 15,000 is 23.1% and the 50,000 divided by 65,000 is 76.9%.
Use of funds, assuming the same 65,0000 total would be 40,000 divided by 65,000 for 61.5% and the 25,000 divided by 65,000 would be 38.5%
