some sellers have lots of old negative feedback, clearly showing they are untrustworthy, but have 100% perfect score as they've sold low value items recently. It makes a lot more sense to have a rolling feedback percentage. If you are a seller
and someone leaves negative feedback that simply is unjustified it allows the sellers feedback
to return to 100% over a period of time.
This was much better than the old system where if some idiot left negative feedback
you were stuffed for life and could never get back to 100%.
