How do you calculate percentage from partial pressure?

For example, if someone exhales 35 mmHg of CO2, how can you express that in terms of concentration? How do you calculate percentage from partial pressure?
First you have to decide if that 35 mmHg is part of normal air pressure or if it's in addition to normal air pressure.

If it's a part of it, then the concentration is just:

CO2 pressure/total pressure = 35/760

If it's in addition to it, then the concentration is almost the same:

CO2 pressure/total pressure = 35/(760+35)
