How do you calculate/approximate the percentage error for things like heat loss?

I have made a table of percentage errors for a chemistry experiment (involving an exothermic reaction), and while errors like the measurement of mass or temperature can be literally calculated, how do I calculate or approximate the percentage error of things like heat loss and evaporation of water, with respect to the CALCULATED percentage errors? How do you calculate/approximate the percentage error for things like heat loss?
Drop in temperature / Original temperature * 100 = percentage
