How do I calculate a percentage difference?

Like, for my psychology experiment I have calculated the results. The females scored 191 and the men scored 130. I want to be able to say something like "The females score --% more than the men on this test". How would I calculate what the percentage differance was?How do I calculate a percentage difference?
What was the experiment that gave such a difference?

To answer your question

(191-130)/130 x 100% = 46.9How do I calculate a percentage difference?
Based on men's score:

= 100%([191 - 130]/130)

= 100%(61/130)

= 610/13% or 46 12/13%

Answer: 46 12/13% or 46.92 4/13%

Based on females' score:

= 100%([191 - 130]/191)

= 100%(61/191)

= 6,100/191% 31 179/191%

Answer: 31 179/191% or 31.93 137/191% or 31.94%

Based of combined scores:

= 100%(191/321 - 130/321)

= 100%(61/321)

= 6,100/321% or 19 1/321%
