How do I calculate the percentage of the data the falls between the first standard deviation of the mean?

Please help, I don't know how to calculate the percentage of data that falls between the first, second, and third standard deviation on my dot plot! How do I calculate the percentage of the data the falls between the first standard deviation of the mean?
Refer to the graph and table in the pic http://business.statistics.sweb.cz/norma鈥?/a>

At 1 SD, probability is .8413

Ar 2 SD, probability is .9773

Ar 3 SD, probability is .9986

Between 1st %26amp; 2nd: .9773 - .8413 = .136 which is 13.6%

between 1st %26amp; 3rd: .9986 - .8413 = .1573 which is 15.73 %

between 2st %26amp; 3rd: .9986 - .9773 = .0213 which is 2.13 %
