How can i calculate the percentage of proteins, carbohydrates and fat from my daily calorie intake?

For example, today i had an average of 1052 calories. I also tried to count the proteins etc, so I had 89.25g protein, 125g carbohydrates and 12.25g fat. I want to calculate the percentage of each, in my 1052 calorie intake. Can someone help me, please? How can i calculate the percentage of proteins, carbohydrates and fat from my daily calorie intake?
Hey I know you don't want to here this, but. I am on Sparkpeople... its a website that lets you plug in all the food you eat everyday %26gt;.%26lt; and it tells you how much of carbs, protien, etc you eat per day.

I have mine set up to show me all the vitamens and minerals I intake everyday too %26gt;.%26gt; Turns out when i am not paying attention I eat less than 1g of Fiber per day.. But now that I am pluggin all my stuff in I have it back up to the right levels and I am feeling better :\How can i calculate the percentage of proteins, carbohydrates and fat from my daily calorie intake?
If you are eating very little and exercising a lot, you may have enough of a deficit in your calories to lose weight without the need to carefully count them. However, deficits that large tend to leave you hungry, and they can be hard to maintain.

For this reason, many people choose to create a smaller deficit so that they are only a few hundred calories short per day, which results in slow but painless weight loss. Unfortunately, in order to maintain such a small deficit consistently, you have to count calories; otherwise it's too easy to go over your limit, with such a small margin to work with.
