Just multiply each score by the weight, remembering that a percentage is a measurement in hundredths:
70 * 10% + 80 * 30% + 90 * 70%
= 70 * 0.10 + 80 * 0.30 + 90 * 0.70
= 7 + 24 + 63 = 94
I am assuming here that each of those coursework scores is actually out of 100, so it's really a percentage as well. If not, you need to convert it to a percentage by dividing by the best possible mark.
So your coursework score is 94. But again, that's weighted at 30%, so
94 * 30% = 94 * 0.30 = 28.2
which is the value of your coursework score as a percentage of the final grade. If, for example, you get 90 out of 100 on the exam, your final score would be
28.2 + 90 * 70% = 28.2 + 63 = 91.2
